VISION/MISSION STATEMENT:

The PALACE Family Entertainment Center mission is to serve the social, recreational and physical fitness needs of our community in a family orientated facility. Furthermore, our goal is to create an environment where children can bond with their parents, family members, and friends. Our aim is to provide customers with the best experience possible. The PALACE will be the most promising Family Entertainment Center of today and the future. Our goal is to expand the PALACE as a franchise and provide a fun experienced atmosphere that is safe, nurturing, and positive. The PALACE will be a thriving, dynamic and inspiring Family Entertainment Center for citizens of all ages to trust and invest in.

Dear Investor,

As I embark upon my entrepreneurial journey as a business owner, I have discovered that your assistance is needed to over-come the financial boundaries that I cannot conquer alone. I am in need of your Investment and Support!

Since the year 2003, I have begun a venture that I am now ready to start. This venture is a Family Entertainment Center that includes a skating rink, laser tag, playground and more. At this time, I currently have a financial institution ready to support this venture 90% of ($3,000,000) the funding needed to start and successfully run this business; however, these funds will not be released until I have the remaining 10% in collateral, which is $300,000.
